These terms apply to all users, visitors, and customers of EasySunday, whether registered or not.

2. Products & Orders

All products listed on EasySunday are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities, refuse service, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

• Orders are only confirmed after successful payment verification.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders placed due to pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraud.
• Pre-order and custom items follow separate timelines and are non-cancellable once production commences.
• Size guides are provided to assist with fit. We are not responsible for sizing errors made by the customer.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We accept payment via all methods supported by our payment gateway (Midtrans), including bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
• We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect all payment transactions. We do not store your full card details.
• In the event of a payment dispute, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Indonesia through our logistics partner, Lion Parcel. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

• Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination.
• EasySunday is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Re-delivery fees due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon handover to the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Item received is defective or damaged.
• Incorrect item received (wrong size, color, or product).

To initiate a return, please contact our team with your order number and photo evidence of the issue. Items must be:

• Unused and unwashed.
• In original packaging with all tags attached.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to product designs, graphics, logos, photography, text, and brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of EasySunday and is protected under applicable Indonesian and international copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from EasySunday.
• Purchasing a product does not grant you any license to our intellectual property.
• Any unauthorized commercial use of EasySunday’s content may result in legal action.

7. User Conduct

By using our platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that:

• Infringes on the rights of other users or third parties.
• Involves unauthorized access, hacking, or disruption of our services.
• Uses automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to harvest data from our site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasySunday shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• The use of or inability to use our website or services.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Third-party services (payment gateways, courier services) used in connection with orders.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.
